Beijing Apparel Digital and Technology Center (ADTC) was an engineering and technology research center in Bejing Institute of Fashion Technology. The center was built in 2013 supported by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission. The center primarily focuses on four research areas: apparel digitalization technology, smart and pragramable apparels, intelligent manufacturing, and big data technology in the fashion industry. ADTC has released several products and outcomes of the current research, including “zaina” smart footwear, “budiu” smart footwear, and “cyberwear” solar-power apparel. The center also provides insight consulting service and technology to help industries to innovate and develop new products and designs. by the latest digital technology.
