In the direct leadership of CPC BIFT Committee, the Organization Department and CPC Party School are mainly responsible for the Party's Cadre Work、Party Construction、talent building (human resource work)and the Party school’s training in the Beijing institute of fashion and technology.
Ⅰ. the Party's Cadre Work
1. The Organization Department organizes the construction program of leaders.
2. The Organization Department develops the system of selecting, appointing and supervising cadres, and assists the CPC BIFT committee to complete the daily works of training、selecting、appointing and supervising.
3. The Organization Department assists the CPC BIFT committee to select, cultivate, manage and train reserve cadres.
4. The Organization Department instructs the Party General Branches of BIFT to hold democratic life meetings, improves the procedure and guarantees the quality.
5. The Organization Department focuses on the training of cadres. The cadres are selected to be trained by turns regularly. The Department takes the responsibility to set up various training programs in the campus as well.
6. The Organization Department assists the Committee of Discipline Inspection in college to carry out the education of improving the Party's work style and building clean government for leading cadres and Party members.
Ⅱ Party members’ construction
1. The Organization Department makes the rules of basic-level party organization. The Organization Department also assists the CPC BIFT committee to hold the Party Building Conference.
2. The Organization Department investigates and analyzes the ideological situation among CPC Party members regularly, enhancing the Party spirit education among the Party member teachers in colleges.
3. The Organization Department makes Party members’ development plans, strengthening the construction of the activist of Party application
4. The Organization Department is responsible for the succession of party organizational relationship managing the Party organizational relation. It also takes responsibility for collection and management of membership dues, and also reports the collection and usage of membership dues to the Party member teachers in colleges.
5. The Organization Department is responsible for building and maintaining the basic information database of leaders and CPC Party members.
6. The Organization Department pays attention to the Party construction. It held annual meeting of Party building and political work regularly.
Ⅲ.WorksofParty School
1. The Organization Department focuses on strengthening the construction of Party School Teachers, and takes efforts to make the “mass-training” program come true.
2. The Party school should do well in the training of different levels and different groups, such as Party members, cadres, Party branch secretaries, young cadres and key teachers etc.
Ⅳ. Talent Building (human resource work)
1. The organization department should organize the application, management, reflection and examination of the excellent talents training fund in Beijing.
2. Be responsible for the organization work of political and technical titles evaluation.
Ⅴ.Other Works
Complete other tasks assigned by the school Party committee and higher authorities.
