Financial Department is the functional department in charge of financial management, it is the first level financial and accounting department. Under the leadership of the Party Committee of BIFT and president-in-charge, we undertake the work of financial management and accounting organization. The main responsibilities of the Financial Department are as follows:

1. To raise funds through various channels in accordance with law, make reasonable budget and control and manage the budget.

2. To distribute the resource of BIFT scientifically and improve the efficiency of fund utilization.

3. To carry out accounting and truthfully reflect the financial situation.

4. To establish and perfect financial rules and regulations, standardize the economic order of BIFT, guarantee the implementation of state financial policy and financial system and provide good service for teaching and research development in BIFT.
