On March 27, 2025 China International Fashion Week (Spring) staged the debut of a collection of 53 fashion pieces designed by a team led by Liang Yan, a renowned BIFT faculty member. With the theme of “Treasury Discovery in Nine Fields”, the show delivered a brilliant performance of 30 BIFT student models. Over 900 guests attended the show, including BIFT leaders and fashion industry representatives. Inspired by three traditional textile crafts, the collection used deconstruction and digital techniques to modernize rural fabrics. The designs reflected eastern culture and folk heritage, highlighting BIFT’s efforts to promote Chinese fashion globally through innovation and tradition.
